Tonya has over 20 years of experience working in the direct mail industry. She got her start in 1998 at American Direct Mail, in Burbank, California, where she met Will, the grandson of the owner and her now-business partner at Mailers Haven. In 1999, Tonya & Will launched the lead generation site, DirectMailQuotes.com, where businesses could go online and request a quote on their printing and mailing jobs. With a focus of providing quality data backed by a deliverability guarantee, Tonya & Will teamed up to start Mailers Haven in 2004.

Tonya has a strong passion for business operations, customer service and people. Always quick with a smile and laugh, she loves going to The Largo in Los Angeles for a good comedy show or an evening with good friends and good food. Her passion outside of Mailers Haven includes being a loving mama to her son, Milo, creating art, and empowering women.
