Mailers Haven LLC California Privacy Notice
1. Introduction
This California Privacy Notice supplements the Mailers Haven LLC Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose Personal Information is collected, used, disclosed, sold, shared, retained, or otherwise processed by Mailers Haven in connection with Mailers Haven or 24Pound Services. Terms defined in the Privacy Policy have the same meaning here.
2. Notice at Collection
We collect the categories of Personal Information described below for the stated business and commercial purposes. We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, taking into account the nature of the information, the Service involved, legal and contractual requirements, security, support, disputes, and recordkeeping needs. We do not collect, use, or disclose Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about individuals except as permitted by law.

5. Categories of Recipients
We may disclose the categories above to hosting, security, CRM, communications, email, live chat, analytics, advertising measurement, payment, accounting, printing, mailing, fulfillment, postal, carrier, data-processing, data-provider, digital activation, professional-advisor, and other operational Vendors; business Customers and their Authorized Users; government or legal recipients; and parties to a business transaction.
6. Customer Materials
Mailers Haven processes Customer Materials to perform Customer-requested Services. Customer Materials remain the Customer’s property. Mailers Haven does not sell Customer Materials, including customer-uploaded lists; use them to build Mailers Haven proprietary marketing databases; or use them for Mailers Haven’s own direct marketing campaigns.
7. Third-Party Data Services
Certain Services use Third-Party Data obtained or licensed from independent providers as an input to Customer-requested Services. Mailers Haven may use that data to create counts, audience selections, appended or matched files, mailing or campaign files, reports, digital activation outputs, or other limited-use Deliverables. Customers receive only the rights stated in the applicable order, agreement, and data-provider restrictions and do not acquire ownership of an underlying list or database.
8. Sale and Sharing Disclosures
California law defines “sale” broadly. To the extent a transfer of Third-Party Data or a data-derived Deliverable constitutes a sale under California law, the categories of Personal Information involved may include: identifiers; customer records information; characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law; commercial information; geolocation data; professional or employment-related information; and inferences. The categories of recipients may include business Customers, resellers, agencies, and authorized end customers receiving Customer-requested Deliverables.
Protected-classification information may include limited demographic attributes, such as age range, gender, or marital status, when included in Third-Party Data used for Customer-requested audience Services. Mailers Haven does not knowingly provide information concerning disability, medical conditions, genetic information, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs unless expressly disclosed for a permitted Service and legally allowed. Mailers Haven does not sell Customer Materials or customer Account information and does not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Mailers Haven does not knowingly share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mailers Haven may disclose Personal Information to Vendors that support its operations or Customer-requested Services. When those Vendors act under applicable service-provider or contractor restrictions, those disclosures are made for business purposes and are not treated as sales or sharing. Consumers may exercise applicable opt-out rights through Your Privacy Choices or a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal.
9. Sensitive Personal Information
Mailers Haven uses and discloses Sensitive Personal Information only for permitted purposes such as providing requested Services, processing payments, authenticating users, protecting security and integrity, preventing fraud, complying with law, and performing other purposes permitted without a right to limit. We do not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about individuals except as permitted by law. We will honor a right to limit where legally applicable.
10. Retention
We use the retention criteria and approaches described in the Privacy Policy. Retention varies by category and Service and is limited to what is reasonably necessary and proportionate for the disclosed purposes, subject to legal, contractual, security, backup, suppression, and dispute-related requirements.
11. California Privacy Rights
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information collected about you, subject to limitations.
- Right to request deletion of Personal Information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Information.
- Right to know categories of sources, purposes, recipients, and Personal Information sold, shared, or disclosed.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing of Personal Information.
- Right to limit certain uses or disclosures of Sensitive Personal Information where applicable.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
- Right to use an authorized agent where permitted.

For a request to know, access, correct, or delete, include your name, preferred contact information, relationship to Mailers Haven if known, and sufficient information to help us locate relevant records. We may request additional information to verify identity or authority. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.
For an opt-out request, use Your Privacy Choices, send an email, call the toll-free number, or enable a legally valid opt-out preference signal. We will not require identity verification for an opt-out unless reasonably necessary to determine whether the request is fraudulent. We will use only information reasonably necessary to process the request.
13. Response Timing
We confirm receipt of requests to know, access, correct, or delete within the period required by law and generally respond within 45 calendar days. We may extend the response period where permitted and will provide notice. We process opt-out and limitation requests as soon as feasibly possible and within the time required by law.
14. Authorized Agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on a California resident’s behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may ask the resident to verify identity or directly confirm authorization, except where a valid power of attorney applies.
15. Opt-Out Preference Signals
Where required, Mailers Haven processes legally valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal. A signal may not identify you outside that browser or device. You may also submit an Account-level or identity-based request through Your Privacy Choices.
16. Financial Incentives and Rewards
Mailers Haven may offer a B2B Rewards Program based on qualifying business purchases and Account activity. Rewards are promotional benefits, have no cash value, and are governed by the Rewards Program Terms. The current program is not intended to require consumers to permit the sale or sharing of Personal Information as a condition of receiving Rewards. If the program changes in a manner that requires a California Notice of Financial Incentive, Mailers Haven will provide the required notice and opt-in process.
17. Business-to-Business Information
California privacy rights may apply to Personal Information associated with business contacts and Authorized Users. Some records also belong to or are controlled by a business Customer. We will evaluate requests based on the information, relationship, and applicable legal role.
18. Additional California Privacy Requests
California residents may submit privacy requests through the methods described in this Notice. Mailers Haven will process additional requests and preference signals to the extent required by applicable law.
19. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice to reflect changes in Services, data practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. The Last Updated date identifies the most recent revision.
