How does it work?

Send us the last three statements from your current credit card processor. If you are charged by AMEX separately, please provide that has well. We will take that information and send you back a 3rd party analysis on how much money we can save you. From there you can decide if you want to move forward.

What if I am unhappy with my processing?

This is a month by month service, with no long-term commitments and an easy cancellation policy. But we fully expect you to have an improved experience, while saving money.

How is your company different than normal Merchant Service companies?

We have a license directly with the credit card companies to sell merchant card services. Additionally, we have partnered with the 5th largest bank in the U.S. to handle all the transactions. Because of these direct relationships, we can offer better pricing and features than typical card processing companies.

Do I get rewards for my credit card transactions?

If you're a Mailers Haven list customer, we will increase your Rewards Points by 20% for any month in which a minimum of $10K is processed.

Is there any reason I shouldn't do this?

As long as we can save you money, and provide you a better card processing experience, it should make a lot of sense. You will benefit every month of the year and can leave if you are ever unhappy.
