California and Other State Privacy Choices
Mailers Haven does not sell Customer Materials, including customer-uploaded lists, or customer Account information. Some transfers of Third-Party Data or data-derived Deliverables may be treated as a sale under California or other privacy laws even when ownership of an underlying list or database is not transferred. Mailers Haven does not knowingly share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may request that Mailers Haven stop transfers of your Personal Information that constitute a legally defined sale or sharing, and stop use for targeted advertising where applicable. An opt-out does not prevent Mailers Haven from processing Customer Materials on behalf of a business Customer or making disclosures to service providers, contractors, or other recipients where an opt-out right does not apply.
Submit a Request
- Use the online Privacy Request Form and select “Opt out of sale or sharing.”
- Email privacy@mailershaven.com with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out.”
- Call 800-557-5487.
- Enable a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, for browser- or device-based website activity.
You do not need to create an Account. We will not require identity verification unless reasonably necessary to determine whether a request is fraudulent. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify records and process the request. An opt-out preference signal may apply only to the browser or device sending it unless you also submit an Account-level or identity-based request.
What Happens Next
We will process the request as soon as feasibly possible and within the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited information necessary to record and honor the opt-out, maintain suppression, prevent fraud, comply with law, and document compliance.
